Get Zapier Schemas

For a given user, get a view of all their projects with the input definitions transformed to the schema required by Zapier actions and triggers.

Our goal is that we can do a get on /zapier-schema and then use the line item schema to dynamically populate the inputs required by create_prediction and create_tasks endpoints.
